Affirming Your Outcomes

Major components of achieving the goals you desire in life is seeing them, believing it’s possible, and affirming your reality so that it gets you in motion and you take action towards those worthwhile goals you desire. A big key is the feeling, the affirmation and the picture, they go together.

Think about something you achieved in your life; riding a bicycle, getting a certain grade in school, meeting someone you desired to meet, doing a job that was hard to do but you knew what you wanted to do and you went for it. In your gut you had a feeling it was possible, in your mind your self-talk was affirming that you could do it and you had a picture in your mind of the end result that you desired. Everything in your life that you have was a result of those 3 things; your gut, your self-talk and your images in your mind.

Making Every Day a Great Day is about doing this for ourselves on a moment to moment basis all day long, every day. Feeling how you want to feel, affirming the reality you’ll have and picturing the outcome as already in existence and affirming that it will be there for you. You have to have those components together.

One of the things I want to do to assist you in making that happen is give you affirmations that are positive, uplifting, and beneficial to you. If you’re at a place where you can stop for a moment, sit down, close your eyes, and breathe through it, then do so now.

You want to say each affirmation a number of times — eight to 10 times each. Think it or say it aloud with some vibrancy, like it’s your reality. Because as you focus on this it becomes more and more close to you and will become your reality.

Say these affirmations in a way that is convincing to you. Say, think and feel it with passion. You must have enough energy behind the thought, the picture and the feeling in your gut that this can be who you are, this is your reality, this is where you’re going, this is what you’re achieving. You make it come alive.

Affirm this with power and you bring this to life so that it can assist you in where you want to go. Feel it within as you state the affirmation and see yourself having a positive result that aligns with it. Say it like you are stating a vow. Don’t be wimpy about it.

A Scientific Healing Affirmation

One of the most effective affirmations ever created was released by Dr. Emile Coue, a doctor and philosopher in Europe. In 1895 Dr. Coue created what is known as the very first scientific healing affirmation. The affirmation was, “Every day, in every way, I feel better and better.” This has been tested with millions of people.

Physicians in Europe began to use Coue’s affirmation because patients he worked with using this affirmation healed much better and faster than did patients who did not use it. When a patient came to them for surgery, prior to the surgery the doctor would have them say the affirmation to themselves at least 10 times in a row, 3 to 4 times a day. After surgery they have them do the same thing, saying “Every day, in every way, I feel better and better.” They said it over and over, at least 10 times, 3, 4, 5, 6 times, as many times as they wanted during the day.

The results were well documented that those people who used this affirmation healed nearly twice as fast as did their contemporaries who had the exact same surgeries. Why? Because it brings about the healing forces of your mind and your body to assist you in getting well, but it doesn’t apply just to physical health, it applies to your mind, to your attitude, to your savings account, to your relationships, to everything and you think about and you feel it in your physiology.

Now, think this affirmation with POWER! Feel your health. Say it as a vow as if it is true for you RIGHT NOW. Feel emotionally happy and strong mentally NOW. Sit or stand in a strong, powerful posture as if this is your reality this moment. If you can, say this aloud with feeling. If not then affirm it in your mind with power. Think/say this at least 10 times.

Affirm that to yourself, day in, day out, over and over, no matter what the circumstances, no matter what’s happening, no matter if it’s a tough time, no matter if you get sick. Every way, in every way, I feel better and better! will assist in mounting the healing processes of your mind to help you achieve your goals and keep your physiology stronger, healthier, happier.
