Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I play your audio programs on my iPod, iPad, or iPhone?

Yes you can! You will need to import the audio tracks into iTunes
(the drag and drop method usually works best), and then syncronize with your device.

Can I play your audio programs on my Windows Computer?

Yes you can! You may need to import the audio tracks into iTunes or Windows Media Player to play them.
The drag and drop method usually works best. You can also use the included Flash-based audio player.

Can I play your audio programs on my Macintosh Computer?

Yes you can! You may need to import the audio tracks into iTunes before you can play them.
The drag and drop method usually works best. You can also use the included Flash-based audio player.

How do I use the included Audio Player?

  1. Assuming that you've unzipped the file you downloaded...
  2. Open the folder containing your Audio Program (name varies depending on program).
  3. Open the folder inside called "audio-player".
  4. Double click the file titled "Audio-Player (double-click-me)" and your internet browser will load.
  5. You will need to ACCEPT when it asks you about running scripts.
  6. If the audio does not start playing immediately, you may need to refresh (press F5) to reload the page.

I downloaded your audio program. Why doesn't the audio player work, and no images show up on the page when I open "Audio-Player.html"?

Did you remember to un-zip the file you downloaded? You must decompress the files before the audio player will work. Microsoft Windows often allows you to open a zip file, appearing as if it was a regular folder, however the files are still compressed, and so not all of them are accessable to the Flash-based audio player.

Where can I get a free web browser to run your Audio Player?
I don't have iTunes or Windows Media Player...

Most Windows-based computers come with Internet Explorer, and a Macintosh comes with Safari, but you can also download and use the free browsers by Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome. Any of those will work, just make sure that the Adobe Flash-Player plug-in installed.

What are the system requirements for using the audio player included with my Audio Program download?

You can use any computer system capable of running a web-browser with Adobe Flash Player installed.
