12 Tips to Make Your Life Better

  1. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Your mind will function better, your emotions will still, and your body will get conscious rest.
  2. Take a 10 to 30 minute walk daily. Breathe, and move your whole body, not just your legs. Be sure to smile while walking—it uplifts you and adds a bit of positive to everyone who sees you.
  3. Dream more while you are awake, and then take action to make your dreams come true. Assist others in moving toward their dreams as well.
  4. Start every morning, as soon as you rise, by asking yourself positive questions to focus your mind and set a positive tone for the day. Questions like: “What is one thing I can do today that I like doing?” “How can I have more fun today?” “ Who is someone I can talk with today that I really enjoy talking to?” “ What is one thing I’d like to learn more about today?”
  5. Live more fully with the 3 E’s—Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
  6. Eat less chemical filled, processed food. Your body deserves only the best.
  7. Meditate, stretch, breath….
  8. Read or listen to something that makes you feel good, and warms you up inside.
  9. Say something kind, supportive or complimentary to at least 3 people every day.
  10. Clear clutter from your desk, purse, house, car, mind….
  11. Don’t waste your energy on negative thinking—instead focus on what you can do.
  12. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum and the wisdom you gain can benefit you through the rest of your life.

If you gave a few minutes each day to these your life would be much more of a flow state. You have the right to a life that is vital and moving toward the outcomes you want. Give yourself a break. Apply one or more of these daily to give your life a boost.
