#4–Now you want to sometimes start with little things and work up. In other words, you like to read but you don’t seem to ever have time, what can you read for five minutes? Just thoroughly enjoy reading something for five minutes or ten minutes, or fifteen minutes. Start with little things and work up. If you don’t have time to take a two and a half hour stroll, take ten minutes to walk down the block and back. If you haven’t talked to your friend for a while, call them and say, you know I don’t have but a minute, but I just wanted to talk and just say hi and hope things are going well for you. I’ve only got a minute here, but let’s talk for just a second. How are you doing?
Have you ever felt like there’s some unknown block stopping you from getting what you really want?

If something you like is aromatherapy, then find a scent that you really like and make sure you put it in one part of your environment that you enjoy. If there’s a special kind of food that enriches and nurtures you that’s good for you, and you don’t have it very often, let yourself have a little bit of that sometime. In other words, start with little things. So write down some of the little things you can do that bring happiness to you, that you can do right now that make things better.
#5–Focus on what is positive about yourself, other people, your work, your life, instead of dwelling on the negative. Focus on the positive and detach from the negative. In writing some of this down, write as many positive things as you can think of, put them down over and over. Write down those things that really stand out to you. What are they? What are some of those positives in the world right now that make you feel good when you think about them? Write them down.
#6–Appreciate what’s working in your life right now – dwell on that, think about that. What is working for you right now? Your relationships? Your work? A new sport? Something you’ve done to improve your environment? Your health has gotten better? You’ve taken time to see friends? Appreciate what’s working for you right now in major and minor areas of your life. Health, job, love life, friends, family, money, spirituality, community – what’s working well? Write some of that down and think about that.
When you do each of these things they bring more richness into your day. What all of these when you sum them up mean is you are choosing to focus on the positive. You’re going to detach from the stuff that’s not working and focus on the good stuff of life.
Do that continuously and on-goingly, and do it beginning now. It is an ongoing, never ending process. Take these tips, apply them to your life, they really work.
The practice of happiness, the core components to creating abundant happiness is within your reach right now. You just have to do it. You have to get engaged and you have to actively be part of the process. Happiness is right here, right now.
You have to choose it, you have to live it, you have to make it happen. You can do pretty much whatever you want. You can have an amazing life, but you have to choose it. You have to do it.

Meditation Processes
It’s well documented medically and psychologically that meditation reduces the frequency, occurrence and intensity of panic and anxiety disorders for those who are experiencing them. It builds greater self-confidence and increases calmness and composure. It also helps keep your blood pressure down and normalizes your heart rate to a healthy beat pattern level. Meditation has been shown to be very effective in reducing stress, pressure and tension. It creates a state of deep relaxation and a feeling of well-being. Meditation is a powerful method for increasing concentration, strengthening your mind and improving your memory. Neuro-Psychologist Dr. Larry Iverson will show you multiple ways to use meditation to enhance your self-assurance and grow deeper feelings of self-confidence.
