5 Ways to Make Every Day a Better Day

1. Don’t Whine. Whining has never helped anyone—it’s a waste of breath. Wouldn’t it be great to have things always go the way you wanted? That is not reality for anyone. When things don’t work out the way you’d hoped—accept it, think what you’ll do next, move on now.

2. Set A Goal. Getting where you want to go is the result of having goals. If you don’t’ set them, you will wander—and you might not like where you wind up. Avoid just being adrift—choose your direction and take action.

3. Share Happiness. Nearly everyone (except a few wacky individuals) enjoys being around someone who is happy and feeling good. Be that person. Do it now—you don’t have to wait until you win the “super mega lotto jackpot of the galaxy”. Happiness results from thinking happy thoughts—do it!

4. Learn Something. People who are never ending learners find life to be more of a stimulating experience. It gives you a reason to be alive. It gives you a healthier brain as well. Learning stimulates whole brain functioning which allows your mind to stay healthier and vital longer.

5. Live With An Attitude Of Gratitude. Every day you have dozens upon dozens of things to be thankful for. Feel gratitude for all you are, have, do, and get to experience. That positive feeling triggers the release of neuro-chemicals that are health producing. And, it enhances your positive attitude, just from knowing there is this good in your life.

Doing these five as part of your daily life, will give you a boost. Make your life great moment to moment, day to day by freeing the positive giant sleeping with in you.
