College basketball coach John Wooden, was considered one of the best coaches ever, in any sport—winning 10 NCAA Championships in 12 seasons. He was a practical, no nonsense guy who was loved by his players.
He believed that everyone has huge potential. He said it’s just a matter of finding what they have the most potential in, and then building up that aspect of his/her life.

In the Journal of Personality & Social Psychology a 30 year study reported that 660 study participants with a positive attitude lived an average of 7.5 years longer than did negative participants.
It talked about how these positive individuals had more fun, they kept a proactive attitude, and made themselves keep moving. That even if they didn’t feel like doing something, they’d find a way to think of the positive result, and do it anyway. Read more »

Vision and belief are the initial keys that will unlock the doors of opportunity for you.
For millennia it has been known that before anything can manifest in reality, it must first take place within someone’s mind.
There are few things that can block you unless you give in and allow it to happen.
Having a vision of the goals you want to achieve and a positive belief that wonderful things can happen, gives fuel to the process of taking action.
